My online health coaching services are designed to provide you with the knowledge, resources, and support you need to make positive changes in your life. Whether you are struggling with a specific health issue or just looking to improve your overall well-being, as your Holistic Health Coach I am here to guide you every step of the way.

My Story
My journey began my sophomore year in high school, as a typical young teenage girl that wanted to lose weight for "beauty standards." I began to eat a strict 1200 calories a day, counting every single calorie, including gum! I did this for a few months and saw no issue with it, I even saw results! I later realized that the low calorie diet I was on was not sustainable for me and not healthy for me physically or mentally.
Fast forward 10 years later, after struggling with appearance and self esteem issues during my adolescent years, I am now a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, focusing on healthy weight loss without calorie counting, but instead through whole foods, less processed and sugary foods, and mindful eating.
I have always had a knowing since childhood that food was medicine. I was always interested in what it did for our bodies and why we should be consuming more plant based foods. I believe that true health and wellness comes from a balance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I am committed to helping my clients achieve that balance.

Education
I studied Athletic Training for two years at Western Carolina University, and Exercise Science for one year at UNCC. After deciding to take a gap year, I finally enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), to obtain my health coaching certification.
